File Update

I've finally updated all downloads and added some new formats for:

• DAT overlay for Destinator
• GPX overlay for GPX EXchange

Please continue adding LPG Refuelling stations and converters to the database.
Currently we have Refuelling Stations and growing, we still require your help to keep this list Up-to-date.
